$50,000 - $60,000JOB OVERVIEW:Backcountry is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a Brand Marketing Coordinator. The Brand Marketing Coordinator will play an important role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Reporting to our Sr. Manager of Brand Marketing, the Brand Marketing Coordinator’s primary responsibility will be to support the brand marketing department across its functional areas. Additionally, the Brand Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams ( e.g. creative, product, digital, and retail) to help ensure impactful, consistent brand communications across our marketing channels. Finally, a passion for the outdoors and an understanding of the outdoor target audience will be essential in this role.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with briefing and project managing campaigns to grow the Backcountry brand -- notably our owned brand product collections.Provide support for athlete, ambassador, influencer, and partner relationships, including organizing and placing product orders, community management duties, and facilitating communications between stakeholders.Assist with briefing and activating retail marketing campaigns to support Backcountry’s brick and mortar stores, including working with local content creators and deploying and tracking paid media creative campaigns.Provide support for our co-op marketing program, including coordinating and communicating with third party brands doing business on Backcountry.com.Provide travel planning and expense support.Assist with ongoing campaign performance analysis and reporting.Assist with the coordination and execution of our event presence.Provide coordination support in our agency and vendor relationships.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES:2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in brand marketing.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to self-start and work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Passion for the outdoors.ABOUT BACKCOUNTRY:Our mission is to connect people to their passions.
