Society Insurance is seeking a Marketing Intern for the Summer of 2025 (with the potential to work part-time during the school year). The intern will be assisting the Marketing & Corporate Communications team in fulfilling business needs by performing a variety of marketing activities including, but not limited to writing, graphic design, social media, event assistance, and customer service.
About the RoleWrites and prepares additional written content for communication vehicles including emails, blog, web site, print, and other collateral.Assists with social media efforts and online presence. This may involve researching/creating material for posts and using analytics to evaluate results.Produces and updates creative marketing materials or works with third-party vendors to develop them. Assists team in preparation and execution of marketing events as assigned. This may include contacts with venues and vendors as well as assistance with specific event details and communications.Develops and distributes marketing leads; scrubs leads from partner trade associations and other third-party sources to make sure they are not current Society policyholders; maintains records on the effectiveness of lead campaigns.Assembles marketing materials and promotional items as assigned.Contributes to overall Marketing function by completing a variety of assigned projects and duties as assigned with accuracy and timeliness.Maintains "Monday Marketing Minute" weekly communications.Monitors digital marketing newsletters.Updates collateral UW toolkits.Coordinates Society's Best, state outings, and other sales and marketing events.About Yo
