Your Responsibilities on the TeamReview and keep up to date the division market, community, plan – and all subpages pages of Lennar.com regularly for completeness, accuracy and quality of content.
Become proficient in SiteCore (Lennar.com Content Management System) to be able to update all editable content and images.
Work with division JDE Admin to make sure all relevant and accurate information is flowing into Lennar.com.
Ensure photos are used as much as possible on the website (as opposed to renderings), and that interior and exterior photography is very well done, prevalent and of the appropriate size for web usage. If renderings are used on the website – work with one of our national suppliers to make sure they are photorealistic in nature.
Ensure promotional banner ads on the site are being used and compliant from a branding and legal standpoint.
Ensure Internet Sales Consultant banners are activated.
Making sure division landing page templates are deployed using corporate templates and for all appropriate uses including: promotion, quick move in, Facebook, Next Gen, Realtors, etc.
Making sure all content within the landing pages is accurate and up to date.
Making sure landing pages are search engine optimization optimized.
Making sure A/B testing occurs on landing pages to make sure they are optimized for ultimate performance.
Update, monitor and enhance engagement on all division social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, ActiveRain and any new sites deemed effective).
Make sure content is relevant and branded correctly.
Post relevant industry and market specific content. Utilize Sprinklr for optimizing overall performance.
Analyze and optimize monthly social engagement analytics and ad performance on all platforms. Monitor monthly social performance ensuring the yearly goals are met and exceeded.
Review monthly social media spend and Review-Do-Review efficiency and effectiveness.
Shop competitors relative to their social media efforts.
Maintain list of all social media accounts log-in information and always make sure corporate has the most up-to-date information.
Make sure the BDX feed to all partner sites is optimized with as much content as possible. Review and determine feasibility of division listing homes with enhanced listings on Realtor.com, Zillow and Trulia.
Review and determine feasibility of display advertising on NewHomeSoure.com, Move.com, Realtor.com, Zillow and Trulia.
Work with Lennar corporate eMarketing Specialist to segment eMarketing list and optimize campaigns.
Review monthly eMarketing reports and highlight best practices to optimize local division eMarketing performance.
Keep and monitor eMarketing schedule for the division.
Participate on SEM (Search Engine Marketing) calls, to review keywords and campaigns for the division.
Act as conduit between the division and corporate communications ensuring the division is utilizing the latest in SEM strategies.
Ensure Lennar.com content is SEO (Search Engine Optimization) optimized. Ensure division landing pages are SEO optimized.
Make sure social media post are SEO optimized.
Work with corporate digital data analyst to review and improve SEO ranking.
Analyze and optimize all digital campaigns daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.
Work with the regional and corporate digital marketing associates on; paid search, eMarketing, 3rd party listing sites, social media ads and engagement, website content, landing page content, website and landing pages – Google analytics, website and landing pages Brightedge SEO Tool.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
RequirementsTwo (2) years’ experience minimum in similar position or related areas of the marketing industry.
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Social Media Marketing, Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent preferred.
Valid driver’s license.
Intermediate PC skills (proficient in Microsoft Office Suites including:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe, PhotoShop).
Up-to-date with major social media sites and digital trends required.
Must have extensive internet exposure and/or internet consumer experience.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Committed to self-development of marketing and internet skills.
Ability to self-manage activities with minimal supervision.
Strong passion for digital marketing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to problem solve.
Arrive early and work late if necessary.
Some weekend work required.
Understand and follow work rules and procedures.
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule is required.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less.
