A Day in the Life
The Internal Communications Manager sets the course for our firm's internal communications, helping drive excitement, alignment, and change. Our firm continues to grow and evolve; we need someone who understands change management, storytelling, and stays informed about the latest related tools and platforms. This person manages correspondence between employees across various departments and the company's management, and is responsible for connecting employees with the right information and keeping the organization transparent, and our employees engaged.
Works to help employees across the organization stay up to date about the company's vision, goals, projects and executive updates by leading strategic internal communications programsCollaborates with Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology Services, Training and Development, Business Development, and others to support the brand mission and evolve our brand storyPartners with multiple departments and stakeholders to execute communication initiatives from concept to deliveryDevelops and executes strategic internal communications plan by aligning internal and executive messaging with the company's vision, mission and positioningDevelops and authors a variety of internal communications including presentations, announcements, and updates to be delivered across a variety of communications channelsLeverages and collaborates with the firm's content team for writing projectsManages the company's internal communications channels by developing and maintaining a coordinated IC editorial calendar researching and developing quotes from people, writing stories, etc.Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projectsMaintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlinesWho You Are
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field requiredYou have 5-10 years of experience writing in a corporate environment. Previous experience working in a professional services firm preferredYou have knowledge and experience working within change management frameworks as it relates to internal communicationYou have excellent interpersonal skills, with a deep understanding of IC tactics and mediums, and a passion for creating connections and facilitating engagementYou have experience managing a variety of corporate communications channels, including corporate intranets, mobile, and moreYou can write and tailor content for specific audiences which demonstrates a deep understanding of messaging, positioning and stakeholder needsYou can learn new technology that enhances company-wide communicationYou adapt and change directions quickly; comfortable with a fast paced environment and meeting deadlines on short noticeYou establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and firm leadersYou are Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and using various software programs
Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.

Compensation
$90,000-$130,000
Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
