Join the V Team Life.What you'll be doing...You will join a team of highly skilled product marketers to design holistic strategies for our Family Product Portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing in-marketing strategy, marketing campaign planning, and overseeing end-to-end implementation to achieve revenue growth within the consumer organization.Successful candidates possess a forward-thinking mindset. Analytical capabilities and an eye for emerging trends are essential to develop the strategies that generate demand, drive growth, & increase product revenue.In this role, you will work cross-functionally with the product development team and other marketers to create robust marketing plans, tailored to unique audiences.Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop clear marketing strategies and robust marketing plans for our suite of Mobile connected devices within our Family product portfolio.Data and Insights: Analyze program performance and leverage customer insights to optimize existing programs and drive new strategies for revenue growth.Segment Marketing: Curate compelling narratives that showcase the value of our Family products to high opportunity, nuanced audiences.Market Analysis: Understand the rapidly changing marketplace and emerging trends to develop plans and messaging to drive product adoption and optimize ROI.Budget Management: Understand the business case for products, manage the marketing budget campaign initiatives, track performance, ensure efficient allocation of resources, and monitor marketing expenses.Lead Campaign Development: Design overarching Marketing roadmaps and campaigns; manage KPIs and reporting readouts, highlighting key trends and results.Inter-Organization Ways of Working: Collaborate with Integrated Marketing, Sales, Digital, Go-To-Market, and Learning & Development teams on all aspects of training, launch elements, and internal/external communications.Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with relevant teams to implement and maintain marketing initiatives, setting us apart from our competition.Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and nimbleness to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities.What we're looking for....You are a visionary and you are passionate about connecting people with solutions that streamline their daily lives. You have a product marketing and/or product management background. You are passionate about driving customer behavior through creativity, collaboration, and rapid execution. For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $131,000.00 and $243,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
