Position Overview:
Provide industrial design solutions, analysis, recommendations and project management across the range of Coca-Cola coolers, dispensing and vending platforms.
Ensure appropriate planning and execution of assigned creative design projects and initiatives.
Support in the development of new user experience innovations, hardware design explorations, technical execution details, and cost-sensitive approaches to realize the vision across multiple suppliers around the world.
Deliver equipment innovation, user experiences and ‘look & feel’ for hardware and software meeting our Equipment Visual Identity System.
Required Experience (Two+ years):
Hand-sketching.
Problem solving.
Concept creation and development.
2D tools (e.g. Adobe CC).
3D CAD tools.
3D visualization tools.
Getting hardware products to market.
Prototyping (card mock-ups, model-making and assembly).
Industrial design of consumer and commercial products.
Design and detailing of cosmetic parts in metals and plastics.
Project management.
Technical and manufacturing know-how.
Interpersonal and influencing across a network of colleagues and partners.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree and or Master's degree in industrial design.
Portfolio of creative work and successful product launches.
Relocation:
Non-reimbursable.
Travel:
10% - 20%.

Pay Range:
$153,000 - $175,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
30. Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
