We extend the Amazon experience customers know and love to tens of thousands of third-party merchant sites around the world, providing a familiar, trusted, and easy way to pay.The Amazon Pay Marketing team is looking for an experienced and talented Sr. Brand Designer to own Amazon Pay's visual brand identity and roll it out across multiple marketing channels including digital platforms, social, broadcast, print, and out of home channels. The ideal candidate is experienced in working within a strong brand system to create and rollout a unique identity applying strategic design thinking. Has the ability to work on tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously, manage and influence production, and is hands-on when required. Highly values collaboration and is able to synthesize clear design solutions, preparing and professionally presenting their work to a variety of stakeholders.Key Job Responsibilities:Create and evolve Amazon Pay brand identity to B2C and B2B audiences, cohesive and in adherence to Amazon's brand guidelines, but distinct and relevant for each segment.Create design style guides and original graphics, and manage self-service tools and trainings, that enable marketers to create their own assets within our brand identity.Give guidance, review and bar raise marketers' and junior designers’ work to ensure high quality output and brand consistency.Oversee new and complex design projects, from conception to delivery. Generate ideas to deliver as propositions as per the brief. Roll up sleeves to execute when needed. Manage project pipeline to ensure projects are delivered on time and at the highest quality bar.Track quantitative and qualitative creative assets performance, and feedback insights into improvements and optimizations.Additional Qualifications:Knowledge of marketing fundamentals and ability to implement them to create dynamic advertising solutions.Knowledge of typographic and brand design principles.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
