We are in search of seasoned executives to lead Integrated Media Planning & Buying operations for our agency clients.
Compensation
Contract basis on hourly rate or monthly retainer and performance incentives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive omnichannel media strategies aligned with client goals and objectives in collaboration with other function heads of the agencies.
Lead and mentor a team of media professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Oversee the planning, buying, and optimization of media campaigns across various digital and traditional channels.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media partners, and industry stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in digital marketing and integrated media solutions.
Contribute to the agency's overall growth and profitability by identifying new business opportunities, creating innovative solutions, nurturing a collaborative team culture, and optimizing operational efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum of 15 years of experience in media operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven expertise in digital marketing, including Paid Search/Social, Programmatic advertising, content marketing, and SEO for designing data-driven and audience-focused growth solutions.
Strong understanding of traditional media channels, such as TV, Radio, Out of Home, Print, and their digital extensions.
Extensive experience in attribution, measurement, optimization, and analytics along with industry-standard tools for media research, planning, buying, and campaign management.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights and foresights from complex data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Strong leadership and team management abilities, execution, and financial discipline with a focus on high-value talent development, nurturing, and retention.
Existing relationships with media network and data partners.

Pay:
$100.00 - $150.00 per hour
