Job Description

The Marketing Operations team at Ent is a foundational component of the Marketing engine - at our core, we are enablers of getting work done and are vital to accomplishing the broad goals of the Marketing team and thus serving our members. The Marketing Project Specialist is responsible for planning, managing, and executing a portfolio of small to medium marketing initiatives including planning marketing campaigns and projects, delegating tasks to project team members, overseeing execution of project delivery, and ensuring marketing projects are completed on time. This position requires a high level of daily collaboration with Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, and Digital Marketing to resolve project, priority, resource, and/or scheduling conflicts; as well as with agencies/vendors to ensure specifications and deadlines are met. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Project management, time management, an eye for detail, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Essential Functions Project Management Managing and overseeing a portfolio of small to medium Marketing projects from beginning to end; ensuring defined project processes are followed. Key activities include: Development and execution of project schedules Effective and timely task assignment and communication Ongoing communication of project status and risks Facilitation of key project meetings Coordination of project resources Process Improvement and Enablement: Maintain and collaborate on improvements to Marketing Project Management processes and procedures. Oversee creation of new documents and updates to existing documents; incorporate new processes and procedures into existing workstreams. Portfolio Management: Support Portfolio Management activities within Marketing such as administering projects, users, and reports in the portfolio tracking tool, submitting regular updates of project health for managed projects and collaborating on resourcing. Administrative Duties: Attend seminars and classes; provide written status reports as required; attend staff meetings as required. Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act. Qualifications

Minimum Formal Qualifications for this Position

Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Information Systems, Communications, or similar related field. 1+ years' experience in project management relating to media, marketing, and/or agency services. 1+ years' experience in marketing financial services and/or products. Pref Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of account experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.

Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

Strong attention to detail. Strong organizational skills. Knowledge of Project Management principles and their applications. Experience in marketing/project management. Experience with creative production including print, digital, web, and video. Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing deadlines/priorities. (preferred) Experience in financial services institutions. (preferred) Exposure to Adobe Creative Cloud tools including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Certifications Required:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or similar certification. preferred Environmental, Physical and Psychological Requirements

Additional Information

The pay range for this position is: $26 to $33 per Hour (S14)

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.

This position is eligible for our corporate bonus program based on company performance.
