We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Lines Producer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with potential clients, generating new business, and providing exceptional service to our existing clientele. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a
strong understanding of the commercial insurance industry.
Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial lines market segment.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to understand their needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.Analyze and assess potential risks to determine suitable coverage options for clients.Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to ensure competitive and comprehensive coverage for clients.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to clients.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred
not
required).Proven track record in commercial insurance sales, with a
minimum of 3-5 years
of experience in a similar role.Strong understanding of various commercial insurance products and coverage options.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate and build rapport with clients.Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant industry tools.Possess necessary licensing or certifications as required by state regulations.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Benefits:
