We are now looking for another team mate to join us in Gurugram as Manager - Digital Marketing.To contribute in business growth and to enable organization in becoming a preferred brand in India through various innovative digital marketing initiatives which are aligned with business stakeholders.What you’ll be doing:The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the cross functional team members to promote brand, products, system solutions, services and organizational best practices across all Social Media platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, WhatsApp, SMS etc.Develop and implement digital marketing strategies including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, SEO, SEM and PPC.Design, build and maintain our social media presence.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.Align with customers digital strategies to build and maintain coherent brand across multiple social media channels.Collaborate with offline team to execute omnichannel innovative marketing strategies for B2B, B2C and B2B2C.Work with the product managers to develop and manage the New Product Launch (NPL) and communication plan.Use advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.Work closely with digital marketing specialist to enhance key performance metrics.Develop right graphics and marketing messages tailored to each digital channel.Create, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaign budgets.Collaborate and coordinate with the regional and other country digital marketing teams to identify innovative growth and brand building strategies.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate.What we’d love for you to have:
