TriBridge Residential is actively seeking to hire a Community Manager for The Broadway Lofts property located in Macon, GA.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our apartment homes following the company's policies and procedures. The successful candidate will bring enthusiasm, passion and a creative spirit to ensure the success of the team.
Job Summary:
The Community Manager is responsible for the successful execution of the property's leasing, financial plan and operating budget, which includes marketing, budgeting, operations and team management and development.
Essential Functions:
Provide day-to-day leadership and direction. Ensure that all leasing tasks are performed according to guidelines and ensure all associates are appropriately trained.Manage community to achieve expense and income levels based on monthly, quarterly and annual budget goals.Communicate effectively with residents, addressing and resolving issues and involving other resources when appropriate.Manage and schedule team, contractors and vendors to ensure efficient turnover of vacant units, maintenance repairs and appearance of commons areas.Oversee collections, rent postings and deposits to ensure completed in a timely and accurate manner.Oversee leasing operations to ensure that applications and paperwork are completely accurate and in accordance with company policy and guidelines.Effectively demonstrate an understanding and commitment to fair housing, equal employment and diversity policies at all times.Ensure all staff is appropriately trained on federal, state and local Fair Housing laws.Knowledge/Experience:
A bachelor's degree is preferredMinimum of three years of experience in multifamily property management, with progressively increasing level of responsibility.Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel software), as well as property management software preferably Yardi.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under limited supervision while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and production.Superb customer service orientation and effective oral and written communication skills, along with a positive and professional attitude.Ability to read and interpret documents such as leases, operating instructions and procedure manuals.Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening, and maintain a record that satisfies these requirements
