JOB SUMMARY:
Indium Corporation is seeking a Marketing Communications Intern to enhance our community engagement. This internship is ideal for marketing students, public relations students, and communications students eager to gain hands-on experience in marketing communications and design of marketing materials. Storytelling and Content Creation for Community Impact: This project is designed to showcase Indium Corporation's community engagement efforts through compelling storytelling and diverse content creation. The Marketing Communications Intern will be responsible for highlighting the company's volunteerism, partnerships, and philanthropic contributions to build a stronger connection between the company, its employees, and the community. The project aims to increase visibility for Indium Corporation's social responsibility initiatives, both internally and externally.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (COMPETENCIES):Create and edit engaging marketing content such as blog posts, press releases, and social media updates to boost
community impact .Design and develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and presentations.Work with internal teams to update our website and intranet with current information.Assist in planning and executing corporate events, focusing on employee communications and logistics.Manage administrative tasks like maintaining project timelines, organizing files, and handling marketing databases.REQUIREMENTS:
All interns must be active college students who have completed their freshman year and are enrolled in courses for the Fall semester of 2025.Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Familiar with social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Previous internship or related project experience is preferred.

The salary range indicated in this posting represents the minimum and maximum of the range for the position. The actual range will vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position's qualifications, and internal equity.
The posted salary range reflects just one component of our total rewards package. Other components include health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, retirement plan, volunteer opportunities, paid holidays, overtime opportunities, and many more.
$17.00 per hour - $21.00 per hour
