They use various tools, keep their workspace clean, and report any issues or results accurately. They also support our company's quality system.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Inspection Duties:
Check parts using tools like microscopes, calipers, and gauges.
Workstation Maintenance:Keep your work area tidy and organized.
Reporting:Record quantities, scrap, and time accurately on all required forms.
Quality Management System Support:Follow our company's quality guidelines and help maintain high standards.
Requirements:Tool Use:Know how to use various measuring tools correctly.
Communication Skills:Be able to speak and write clearly and effectively.
Physical Stamina:Be able to sit or stand for long periods.
Flexibility:Be willing to work outside normal hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
Reading Skills:Be able to read and understand written instructions.
Training:Complete all required training as per our company's guidelines.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:Physical Activity:Be able to move around, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Work Conditions:Work in a typical manufacturing environment with occasional noise, dust, odors, and fumes.
