Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.Role Overview:As a UX/UI Designer at Skims, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital presence of our brand. Leveraging your expertise in design and user experience, you will create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and innovative digital solutions that resonate with our fashion-forward audience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about combining fashion with technology to create compelling online experiences.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with our UX, product management, engineering, analytics, and digital merchandising teams to understand our customers' needs and business objectives.Design seamless and visually compelling user interfaces for our website and mobile app, ensuring a consistent and on-brand experience across all digital platforms.Utilize wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to bring concepts to life, focusing on usability and aesthetic appeal.Engage in usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate designs to enhance user satisfaction.Perform UX research, including user interviews, surveys, and analysis of user interaction data, to refine user personas, journey maps, and inform design direction.Maintain and evolve our digital design guidelines to ensure brand consistency.Present design concepts to stakeholders, providing insight into your design process and demonstrating how your work aligns with user needs and business goals.Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in e-commerce, UX design, and technology to continuously improve our digital offerings.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.At least 4-6 years of experience in UX/UI design for consumer facing digital products.A compelling portfolio that demonstrates your expertise.Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, ProtoPie, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).Strong understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and an intuitive grasp of what makes a shopping experience engaging and effective.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.Nice to Have:Experience designing and prototyping animations for web and mobile apps: 2D and 3D.Experience in creating designs that cater to a diverse audience, with an understanding of inclusivity within the fashion industry.Basic knowledge of front-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Salary:
