In this role, you will execute on social strategy, contribute to campaign and content development, and take ownership of cross-platform publishing and community management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about evolving social media trends, have a keen eye for visual content, a strong understanding of social media platforms, and experience interacting with fans and followers utilizing brand voice. Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL40 hours/week, 6 Month AssignmentResponsibilities:Strategic Planning & Campaign Support
Support comprehensive social media strategies and campaigns across multiple brands.Project manage timelines, needs, and team collaborations to push initiatives.Help drive partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility and reach.Execute engagement strategies to increase follower growth, brand awareness, loyalty, and leads.
Content Development
Support the creation of compelling on-brand content, including stills, gifs, videos, Reels, Instagram Stories, interactive polls, etc. that resonates with target audiences across platforms.Facilitate the content development process, including planning, briefing, creation, and reviews.Build and maintain social editorial and content calendars, managing timelines and expectations.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
Content Publishing
Own content scheduling and publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube for multiple brands implementing practices to optimize content reach and performance.Ensure timely and accurate distribution of content across relevant social channels.Monitor and adjust publishing strategies based on audience engagement and platform algorithm best practices.
Community Management
Own day-to-day community engagement to build and nurture relationships with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.Identify and engage with key communities, influencers, partners, and team to foster a positive community and increase brand visibility.Track trending topics and implement strategies to grow and maintain an active and engaged online community.
Reporting & Research
Contribute to social performance reporting for streamlined analysis, compile data, and support the creation of comprehensive reports.Gather, analyze, and present research and social listening data, highlighting key trends and insights.Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms, recommending innovative tactics to keep the brand at the forefront of social media.
Qualifications:2-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B environment.Bachelor’s degree in Social Media Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (a plus).Experience developing compelling on-brand content tailored to different social media platforms.Experience with social media management tools and analytics (Sprout Social a plus).Experience with Monday or other project management tools.Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube).Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and innovations.Have a passion for audio.
