Apple seeks a Senior PR Manager for the Communications and Publicity team for Apple’s original video subscription service, Apple TV+, featuring original shows, movies and documentaries from the world’s most creative storytellers.

DescriptionThis role will manage and develop a team of publicists in strategizing, implementing and directing publicity campaigns for a slate of feature films and series. The candidate will create, shape and execute campaigns for narrative features, documentary films and series through multiple earned media channels. The publicity professional will play a critical role in communicating with producers, talent, representatives and production company partners during production up to and beyond launch. Responsibilities also include:Focusing on creating cultural moments and delivering strategic, meaningful campaignsConceptualizing and executing global PR strategies and press campaigns for feature filmsDraft and deliver effective public relations plansCollaborating with filmmakers, talent and internal teams to secure coverage in a wide range of mediaOverseeing budgets and publicity professionalsEffectively leading and being a part of the larger publicity team

Minimum Requirements15+ years of experience in entertainment publicity10+ years in a leadership position in a publicity department or at a PR agency

Preferred QualificationsStrong relationships with domestic/international journalists and talent/producer representativesPrevious experience executing successful PR programs for feature filmsWork well under pressure and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentAble to handle multiple projects and thrive in a dynamic environmentExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailSelf-starter who can demonstrate creative and critical thinking abilities and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communications skillsDeep knowledge and understanding of the industry trends and television/film landscapeBachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $176,700 and $266,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
