The Graphic Designer will play a critical role in bringing Front Row’s content strategy to life, working closely with the Content Manager to produce visually engaging marketing materials that support the needs of all divisions and the Ideal Client Profile (ICP). The designer will create content that reflects regional nuances, supports Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, and contributes to thought leadership across Beauty, Health & Wellness, and CPG sectors.This role will collaborate with a freelance team of designers and copywriters, ensuring that all creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality and align with Front Row’s global brand identity.Role Responsibilities:Design & Content Creation
Collaborate with the Content Manager to create visually compelling designs for a variety of content formats, including digital assets, pitch decks, social media graphics, email campaigns, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.Adapt designs to reflect regional and divisional needs, ensuring consistency in messaging while considering local market trends and preferences.Support the development of region-specific content for ABM campaigns, tailoring visual elements to resonate with target audiences in key verticals (Beauty, Health & Wellness, CPG).Brand Consistency & Innovation
Ensure all designs align with Front Row’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all divisions and marketing channels.Propose innovative design concepts that push creative boundaries while staying true to the brand’s core identity and messaging.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the quality and impact of design work.Work closely with the Content Manager and marketing teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and creative goals.Coordinate with freelance designers and copywriters, providing guidance and direction to ensure high-quality, cohesive content delivery across all platforms.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope.Content Optimization & Iteration
Collaborate with the Content Manager to analyze content performance metrics and optimize visual assets based on real-time data insights.Continuously refine design elements to improve engagement and conversion rates, particularly for ABM initiatives and region-specific campaigns.Freelance Talent Support
Partner with freelance designers as needed, ensuring their work aligns with Front Row’s design standards and global marketing objectives.Provide creative direction and feedback to ensure consistency in visual output across all freelance projects.Minimum Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.Experience: 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a marketing or advertising environment. Experience working on global or region-specific campaigns is a plus.Creative & Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as experience with content management systems (CMS) and design collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).Brand & Content Development: Proven ability to develop designs that align with brand strategy and support content marketing objectives.Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate design ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Adaptability: Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to prioritize effectively.Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, ensuring all designs are pixel-perfect and error-free before delivery.Benefits:Health, dental, and visionPTOSummer FridaysWellness and commuter benefitsWork with a fun, consultative team of expertsLocation - headquartered in SoHo, New York City with offices in San Diego, Hamburg and Bratislava
