Job Description: Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Content Designer to join our Creative team in developing a modern, distinctive website for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. You will work with designers, developers, and web strategists to create data-driven web experiences. We are targeting most of the following qualifications:

Requirements:

• Education: BA or BFA degree in English, Communications, Journalism, HCI, or a related field, or relevant experience
• Experience: 5+ years in content design and UX writing, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with web design principles and best practices for digital content. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and component-based web design.
• User-Centric Design: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methods, with experience applying insights from user research and testing
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of B2B marketing best practices and design trends. Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools
• Data-Driven Strategy/Design: Experience running usability tests, planning A/B tests, and using website analytics to inform design decisions
