On any given day you may:Strive to be a subject matter expert within a dynamic and forward-thinking team responsible for driving content integration innovation and prioritizing multifaceted, often cross-property activations with various key partners including Food & Beverage / Merchandise Lines of Business, Marketing Strategy, Finance, Park Operations, Walt Disney Imagineering and Disney’s Live Entertainment.Create and sustain a data-driven approach, managing site-wide content and experience roadmaps based on prioritized audience needs, household categories, lifestyle and cultural opportunities and associated data and consumer insights.Elevate new, incremental business opportunities related to prioritized content, seasonal opportunities and business needs, by analyzing internal and external trends, performing comprehensive market assessments to evaluate competitive positioning, the needs of future Guests and articulating value drivers.Develop annual strategic plans, supporting actions and delivery roadmaps provide input for Walt Disney World Guest experience investments growing future audience relevancy and addressing generational needs supporting Disney differentiation and long-term business goals.Manage key projects and department pipelines, ensuring they stay on track and meet deadlines, often serving as a primary point of contact between Commercial teams - including plans, executive forums, and collaborative deliverables.Deliver Guest Content Initiatives, including a blend of long-term, seasonal and/or limited-time experiences and product go-to-market / launch plans through successful project management and cross-discipline collaboration.Participate and often lead conceptualization sessions and recurring forums, working closely with cross-functional partners, and building a sophisticated and compelling case to gain support from cross-functional partners and senior leadership.Be a partner of choice integrating across Commercial and influencing Profit & Loss / Line of Business initiatives. Participate in large cross-functional forums as a catalyst for change and champion for strategic alignment contributing inputs and providing solution-based opportunities to further bolster short- and long-term initiatives supporting planned Site growth.Collaborate across the entire Commercial Strategy organization, including Product Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Customer Experience, and Pricing ensuring comprehensive, vetted recommendations.Required Qualifications & Skills: At least three plus years of proven experience in business development, brand/franchise/account management, finance, marketing, insights/foresight, innovation, strategy, or audience/multicultural planning.Strong financial and analytical acumen that leans into a data-driven approach to identify audience insights and trends, to support strategy and experience recommendations.Proactively identify business risks and opportunities, creating a plan to substantiate planned revenue growth.Experience developing cohesive, succinct and actionable strategies using disparate and sophisticated consumer-led insights from cross-functional sources.Proven track record project managing a large volume of sophisticated work, effectively and efficiently, prioritizing continually to ensure business results are achieved.A creative, entrepreneurial spirit with business development and product strategy experience.High emotional intelligence with a shown ability to build positive relationships, secure agreements and deliver results across various teams.A gift for translating sophisticated problems into elegant solutions, articulating compelling stories.Ability to develop and deliver presentations with poise, confidence and authentic style to senior executive leaders.Understand business workings with Profit & Loss, annual operating plans, and interpreting & communicating data.Preferred Qualifications: Deep expertise in consumer products, theme parks, and/or resorts industries.Outstanding understanding of The Walt Disney Company franchises and business.Proven leadership capabilities within a matrix organization, especially with the ability to large teams and integrated partners.An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to drive effective risk-taking and big innovative thinking.Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or other quantitative field or equivalent.Additional Information: Benefits and Perks: Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
