Senior Associate, Social Media Content Curator - Contractor
KPMG Assignment Select is geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work. Our team is comprised of highly trained third-party professional individuals who are in the right place, at the right time, with the right skillset.
KPMG is working through its partnership with Magnit and is currently seeking a remote contractor.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage content calendars; oversee the social media editorial strategy, ensuring a consistent content steam and cohesive brand voice and tone, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment
- Create engaging social media content; develop and write compelling social media posts across various platforms to promote our employer brand and attract top talent
- Monitor social media trends; stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry and talent acquisition; proactively identify opportunities to incorporate trending topics into our social media strategy
- Help manage and assist in the creation of paid and organic social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement with target talent pools across meta/Instagram, google, and LinkedIn
- Demonstrate design Skills including use of Canva and other content development tools
- Track and report on social media metrics; work closely with our analytics team to ensure that our social media efforts are aligned with data-driven insights; provide input and suggestions based on social media trends and audience engagement to optimize our strategies and improve performance
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of recent experience in social media management or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully executing social media campaigns and strategies
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, and YouTube; familiarity with emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Proficiency in creating engaging and compelling social media content, including text, images, and videos; ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive copy tailored for different social media platforms and audiences; experience in leveraging AI tools to curate content, social copy, and channel optimization as well
- Working knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or similar platforms; experience in scheduling and publishing social media content, monitoring social media conversations, and analyzing performance metrics using these tools
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Communications and creative departments; ability to effectively communicate social media strategies, goals, and results to stakeholders
- Proven ability to work autonomously and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, while collaborating with diverse team members and effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority

Pay is determined based on a variety of factors including market data, ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD, technology), and specific location, for example. Additionally, applicants may be required to apply and become employed by a service provider utilized by KPMG, and final pay rate(s) and/or eligibility for additional benefits may be determined by such provider.
$30 - $39 hourly (USD)
