Creative Project Manager

Overview

TalentoHC has partnered with a leading brand committed to delivering exceptional products and services to find a Creative Project Manager / Producer. This person will be responsible for overseeing and managing high-volume projects across different internal departments. Responsible for executing processes, managing project intake, and facilitating a smooth workflow to ensure that all assets are delivered on schedule, from initial artwork to final production. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, exceptional organizational skills, and experience with calendaring and managing multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be coordinating with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Utilize Asana to track project progress and manage tasks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
• Facilitate collaboration between departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Schedule and lead regular project meetings to discuss progress.
• Coordinate with team members to avoid scheduling conflicts and optimize resource allocation.
• Communicate project status, updates, and any issues to senior management and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and performance metrics.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project success.
• Utilize Google Suite for project documentation, scheduling, and communication.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage and support the marketing team’s seasonal needs for photoshoots for events.
• Act as the assistant producer for photoshoots, taking the lead as the primary producer overseeing production processes.
• Manage all wardrobe, model/influencer needs for seasonal launch events, including fashion shows and presentations.
• Provide travel and on-site production support as needed for photoshoots and major events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Project Management, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline like creative production, or agency experience. Fashion industry experience highly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the retail, CPG, or fashion.
• Proficiency in Asana and Google Suite.
• Experience in editorial photoshoot and/or fashion event planning.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification.
• Strong understanding of timing and flow required for typical creative projects supporting a consumer marketing organization (e.g., models, photoshoots, print materials, campaigns, product launches).
