We are seeking a Design Drafter for an exciting opportunity in the Charleston, SC area. This role is ideal for someone with 2 or more years of experience who has a strong foundation in Navisworks, Revit, and Plant 3D/AutoCAD and is ready to contribute to a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain documents related to design, engineering, and construction.
• Manage drawings, prints, diagrams, and various documents, ensuring they are properly filed and accessible.
• Pick up marks and work closely with contractors at the construction site.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and relevant personnel to perform drafting tasks and update existing drawings and documents.
• Locate, modify, and print drawings using both small and large format plotters.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Proficiency with Navisworks, Revit, Plant 3D/AutoCAD and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of drafting principles, building, and construction.
• Strong analytical and abstract thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to process and understand maps and charts effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant civil or structural experience.
• Associate Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Mechanical experience.
