Trillium Construction is hiring for a Marketing/Admin Assistant in Raleigh, NC to work with a large, nationwide industrial and commercial painting and coatings contractor. This opportunity is, full-time, long-term, and direct-hire! Duties: -Answer main phone line with backup from others. Greet guests at main door with pleasant attitude and great customer service. -Order supplies for all regional offices weekly. -Keep office clean, organized and stocked daily. Handling mail distribution in and out of the office. -Handle company internal phones and cell phones. -Work with safety consultant and internal safety administrator on Site Docs and misc. projects. -Support for Executive Team as needed. -Miscellaneous Administrative duties as needed. -Order, track and manage company-provided field & safety apparel, and office staff apparel. -Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt. -Oversee company website with website designer and IT department. -Manage company social media accounts, creating a posting schedule to stay current. -Update and send out monthly / quarterly company newsletters. -Order and approve new hire and current employee business cards. -Schedule, setup, and attend marketing events. Work with Business -Development as needed. -Work with designers to create printed marketing material; distribute accordingly. Compensation: -$50,000 annual salary -HSA with company match up to $2,000 -401k with company match up to 4% -Pet insurance -Employee referral program Apply now! Qualifications: -2-3 years of administrative experience required. -Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while having a strong attention to detail, problem solving, and meeting tight deadlines. -Exceptional customer service skills, over the telephone and in person -Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, organizational skills, both analytical and problem solving, and the ability to work with confidential documents.
