Head of Growth Marketing , you will be responsible for strengthening our position and accelerating our growth. Directly reporting to the CMO, the successful candidate has an exceptional ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while building a longer-term growth strategy. Additionally, this position will work closely with sales leadership to establish pipeline predictability and budget efficiency. This person is in tune with the latest marketing technologies to scale the operations and resources effectively.
As a Head of Growth Marketing, your role will include:
Planning and driving demand generation activity, overseeing it from execution to analysis to deliver against the weekly, monthly, and quarterly lead generation targets.
Using data to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and make adjustments to improve results.
Tracking marketing campaign ROI and control the allocation of marketing spend based on past performance, adjusting planned budget allocation in line with results and in line with annual sales objectives.
Hands-on management of the paid social, paid search, and retargeting channels.
Webinars: initiate and manage regular webinars, alongside the event manager and content marketing team.
Working with sales and PMM to ensure campaigns are aligned with their goals and have the resources they need to deliver Unreasonable Hospitality throughout all touchpoints of the campaign
Defining success metrics and owning the performance analysis of demand generation activities, ensuring ongoing optimization, and analyzing marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimisation to meet sales targets.
Leveraging the latest AI technology to create tailored experiences for different segments and personas (Segment, use case, ABM)
Defining and optimizing appropriate lead management, scoring, and reporting processes while tracking lead lifecycle and conversion rates from inquiry to closed deal through

As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $190,000 to $220,000.
