This leader will oversee the go-to-market strategy for new products and solutions for security, including developing differentiated messaging, content creation, sales enablement, external campaigns, case studies, analyst relations and more. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.What You’ll Do:Recruit, scale, coach and mentor the Product Marketing team responsible for Security solutions of DatadogDirect the high-level competitive positioning and messaging of both new and existing (but rapidly evolving) products for different users, segments and buyersUse your security background and understanding of our space to train product marketers to define compelling value propositions and conduct market researchOversee the creation of new courses and maintain and optimize internal learning curriculum and tools for the go-to-market teamsSet the direction for innovative product launches and other go-to-market strategies that produce effective content such as blogs, case studies, guides and video testimonialsContinuously improve product marketing processes and help establish best practices for working across campaigns, creative, and sales enablementPartner with a number of different PM stakeholders to set a strategy and priorities for the team.Who You Are:An experienced security professional with 12+ years of relevant experience with the cloud security, application security, SIEM or related fieldA strong people manager with 3+ years of managing product marketing teamsAble to tell compelling stories across multiple buyers and personas with unique buying motions.An exceptional writer with prior experience in producing written contentA coach who loves to mentor and develop employeesA strong presenter with an ability to command an audienceBonus Points:MBA or an advanced CS degreePrior experience in monitoring, using Datadog or a similar productYou are highly technical or have a working knowledge of any programming languagesYou’ve had professional experience in development, product management, sales engineering or another technical roleBenefits and Growth:Generous and competitive benefits packageNew hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase planContinuous career development and pathing opportunitiesProduct training to develop an in-depth understanding of our product and spaceBest in breed onboardingInternal mentor and buddy program cross-departmentallyFriendly and inclusive workplace cultureBenefits and Growth listed above may vary based on the country of your employment and the nature of your employment with Datadog.Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation.
