Whether there’s an unsafe moment or an emergency, RapidSOS Ready devices, vehicles, homes, or buildings deliver essential data to the right place when it matters most.What this role is about:Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for driving impactful campaigns and managing high-level marketing initiatives? RapidSOS is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead key marketing efforts that elevate our brand and promote our mission of transforming emergency response through innovative technology. In this role, you will take ownership of developing and executing marketing plans that build awareness, engage key audiences, and support business growth. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all efforts. If you thrive on blending creativity with analytics, enjoy working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, and are passionate about making a tangible difference, this is the perfect opportunity to lead impactful campaigns that push boundaries and fuel our mission at RapidSOS.What you’ll do:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, email, etc.)Create campaign timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans inclusive of planning and execution meetingsMonitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insightsCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely campaign executionPresent campaign results to stakeholders and provide recommendations for future improvementsDefine and maintain the company's content calendar aligned with business objectivesOversee content creation across various formats (blog posts, social media, newsletters, whitepapers, videos)Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all contentTrack and analyze content performance metricsGenerate regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROIIdentify trends and opportunities for content optimizationUse data insights to inform future content and campaign strategiesWhat we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:5+ years of experience in marketing, with proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaignsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fieldDemonstrates experience in project management and exceptional organizational skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detailSelf-starter with a proactive & creative approach to problem-solvingExperience with content management systems and marketing automation tools (ie. Hubspot, Wordpress, etc.)An understanding and flexibility in working in a high-growth environmentAbility and willingness for occasional travel to office and team gatheringsNice-to-have experience (but not required!):Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)Proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics and creating data-driven strategiesUnderstanding of marketing compliance and regulationsExperience with video production and multimedia content creationWhat we offer:The chance to work with a passionate team on solving one of the largest challenges globallyCompetitive salary and benefits and equity participationA dynamic, flexible and fun start-up work environment with a highly talented teamStarting pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include experience, relevant skills, training, education, location, business needs, or market demands.
