What we are building
The Marketing team at Domino is in the process of building a world class demandgen engine that will help to fuel Domino's inbound pipeline and revenue. We are seeking to build both a reliable and predictable demandgen infrastructure that will allow us to scale to new heights and grow our customer base of enterprise Fortune 2000 accounts in key verticals. Our demandgen strategy will require a modern approach to developing trust with, and adding real-world value to our prospects, analysts, investors and customers.
Your impact will be:
Refine and refresh digital strategy designed to increase awareness and pipeline, particularly through hyper targeted efforts for Domino's target accounts
Increase MQL contacts from paid channels within named accounts by 10% QoQ
Increase organic traffic by 5% QoQ
Collaborate with VP, Demand Generation to determine the best way to measure digital campaigns impact on deal acceleration
Measure performance and adapt strategies and tactics based on what is working and what isn't
Implement personalization framework for core verticals, partnering closely with web and field marketing in order to improve engagement and increase conversion rates
Develop effective air cover campaigns that are designed to support sales for strategic deal acceleration and CS for upsell and retention
Partner with the DG team to leverage digital to grow buyer groups through the strategic acquisition of contacts within the ICP of Domino's target accounts

Proven record in creating and executing high-impact digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results
Oversight and management of digital agencies and contractors, ensuring alignment and performance across all partners
Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising to optimize reach and engagement
Expertise in budget management, maximizing ROI across diverse digital channels
Led end-to-end creative initiatives aimed at driving conversion, from concept through to completion
Designed and executed targeted personalization campaigns to improve conversion rates
Skilled in leveraging intent data from platforms like 6sense for refined targeting and accelerated deal velocity in ABM campaigns
Adept at performance analysis and ROI reporting, particularly for B2B enterprise marketing with longer sales cycles
Ensure brand consistency and impactful messaging across all digital channels
Developed and implemented SEO strategies, utilizing AI tools for optimized keyword targeting and content enhancement
In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing funnels, lead generation, and marketing automation
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and data-driven decision-making
Strategic thinker with a growth mindset, prioritizing high-impact initiatives
Creative problem-solver and adaptable team player, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Expertise in SEO, SEM, conversion optimization, and ABM
Strong copywriting, communication, and lead lifecycle management skills
Proficient in campaign analysis and data troubleshooting (e.g., SFDC)
Familiarity with tech stack: Canva, 6sense, Zapier, HubSpot/Marketo, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and similar tools
