Responsibilities:The Role
You’ll lead the charge in creative ideation, guiding your teams to deliver bold, brand-centric ideas with measurable results. With a keen eye for strategy and an unwavering commitment to quality, you’ll ensure every campaign not only meets client expectations but enhances their brand identity. You’ll inspire the team, challenge briefs, and push the boundaries of storytelling and innovation while always maintaining a strong brand focus.
Previous Experience
Portfolio that demonstrates conceptual brand work
Strong creative writing and leadership experience with a focus on brand development
Strategic background leading to sharp, creative insights
Managing and leading medium to large teams

Qualifications:Education
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Communications, Creative Writing or Advertising/Portfolio school
Creative and Strategic Expertise:
A forward-thinking, conceptual mindset with a strong sense of brand direction.
A strategic approach to strengthening briefs and ensuring alignment with brand goals.
The ability to balance creativity with AI-driven insights to maximize efficiency and brand impact.
Leadership and Collaboration:

A strong presentation style, with a focus on compelling brand storytelling.
Proactive in finding ways to support and grow the creative team.

Compensation Range: $185,000 - $240,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
