LEADERSHIP SUPPORTSupport Global Director of Entertainment Marketing on both marketing and departmental projects.Plan and orchestrate meetings/conference calls across regions and help with preparations for meetings and calls.Own calendar and support in scheduling appointments, meetings, and workshops.Help with internal communications (collaboration, contact management etc.) and information flow, correspondence on behalf of Director.Manage specific marketing projects, research, and other administrative tasks as assigned (e.g., agency briefing, ordering product, sending gifts, etc.).Process forms and expense reports monthly.Ensure that tasks and projects are completed correctly and on schedule.Manage staff meetings including agenda coordination and recaps.Support in marketing budget management and tracking.Support in planning and production of department activities, including off-sites, workshops, and team-building events in coordination with Office Manager.Coordinate regular and one-off department meetings, develop meeting agendas, and draft and distribute meeting recaps.MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS & ACTIVATIONSCreate and manage quarterly marketing recaps highlighting key department successes.Help draft PowerPoint presentations for Director and other team members as needed.Participate in trainings on new technology (AI) and workflows to help rollout and optimize team efficiency.Support in cultural landscape and competitor analysis on a quarterly basis.Support on ad hoc marketing programs.
