From Robert Mondavi Winery, to SVEDKA Vodka, to Corona Extra, we produce over 100 premium brands with sales in nearly 100 countries, making us the number one multi-category beverage alcohol company in the U.S.The Role:The Social Media Strategy & Content Manager, Fine Wines will support Constellation Brands’ fine wine brands, including Robert Mondavi Winery, My Favorite Neighbor brands, and others. This role is responsible for developing and executing dynamic, data-driven social media content and community management strategies. This role reports to the PR Manager – Fine Wines. San Francisco Bay Area or Napa location required.Responsibilities:Collaborate on development of portfolio and brand-specific social media playbooks that guide strategy, set KPIs and reporting structure, and define processes & ways of working.Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies and content calendars for each brand that are aligned with company goals, tap into cultural trends/moments, and ensure consistent messaging, brand positioning, brand tone and best practices across all platforms.Oversee content sourcing, including:

Translate brand ethos, social media strategy, and content calendar into effective creative briefs for content creation.Manage social photo and video shoots. Responsible for determining shot list, creating mood board and coordinating shoots.Ability to, on occasion, personally shoot and edit product, lifestyle, people and event photos, and to personally create and edit GIFs and videos from sourced (or personally shot) content.Provide feedback and manage revisions to deliver final brand and strategy-aligned content from multiple sources.

Write effective social media captions tailored by brand and platform by leveraging brand-specific knowledge and existing copy from Creative and PR teams.Post regular, optimally timed content across all key channels according to each brand's strategy.Leverage deep understanding of platforms and consumer engagement for effective community management to strengthen customer and stakeholder relationships, grow online following, use insights to inform brand strategies, and ultimately drive omnichannel sales.Partner with PR & Brand Experience, Brand Management, Direct to Consumer eCommerce, Hospitality, and other cross-functional teams to drive cohesive strategies and promote cross-channel opportunities.Consult on targeted paid amplification in partnership with DTC eComm and PR teams.Utilize third party tools, e.g. Sprout Social, to post, monitor, and engage across brands.Identify, test and adopt new social marketing and community outreach opportunities.Leverage tools and critical thinking skills to set KPIs, measure results, and communicate the impact to key internal stakeholders, while leveraging learnings for future campaigns.Core Competencies:Deep understanding of the social media landscape, channels, algorithms and paid amplification strategies.Ability to think strategically and develop measurable plans that support the company’s business objectives.Ability to develop social media strategies tailored to each brand and to engage with audiences in voice, tone and messaging unique to each brand.Ability to interact effectively with peers and leaders at all levels of the organization and serve as a brand ambassador for both the PR & Brand Experience team and our brands.Proven ability in written and visual storytelling to bring a brand to life and drive engagement.Self-starter who takes initiative to proactively own and drive efforts.Results-oriented, with the ability to deliver results that impact business performance.Superior organizational, analytical, problem-solving, project and time management skills.Ability to effectively prioritize, manage change, and meet deadlines while delivering high quality work and communicate effectively with partners throughout.Ability to successfully navigate a highly complex, matrixed, and collaborative business environment.Thorough proficiency in core project management software (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT, project and content management tools) as well as content creation and editing programs (e.g. Canva).Recommended Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree.3+ years of experience at an agency or in-house with a digitally native, high growth consumer brand(s).3+ years of experience managing social media strategies across multiple channels.Physical Requirements/Other:Ability to travel to our hospitality centers in Napa, Paso Robles, etc. at least 1-2x per month (depending on needs determined with manager and brand marketing teams), and to travel domestically as needed for key brand events and meetings.Flexible schedule to work weekends and evenings as required for content posting, community management, and/or event attendance.Work in a normal office and/or remote environment. Must be able to sit at a workstation for up to 2-hour intervals. MarketingThe salary range for this role is:

$93,100.00 - $139,700.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
