With a small but mighty team of three (one focused on demand generation, the other on content marketing), you’ll lead, mentor, guide, coach and support them in their areas of expertise. Together you will mastermind campaigns, strategies, and optimizations that supercharge our growth.A strong focus will be the end-to-end process of website optimization. From SEO and user experience refinement, conversion and content optimization all the way to analytics and monitoring. You will use data-driven insights to refine our marketing approach, turning visitors into leads and leads into loyal customers.You will have a seat at the table, and work closely with the CRO, VP of Sales and Director of CS to deliver compelling value propositions that show the world PredictHQ is a need to have, not a nice to have, when it comes to forecasting and managing demand.Key Focus Areas and Expected ResultsMarketing Strategy: Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.Inbound & Outbound Marketing: Enhance inbound efforts (content, SEO, lead nurturing) and drive outbound campaigns for demand generation and brand awareness.PR & Brand Management: Lead PR efforts, managing teams and agencies to increase brand visibility and ensure consistent branding.Website Optimization: Manage website strategy for user experience and conversion optimization, working with developers and designers.Cross-functional collaboration: Align with sales, product, and customer success teams to integrate marketing with business objectives.ResultsBrand Awareness: Increase market presence through strategic PR and brand initiatives.Lead Generation & Acquisition: Grow leads and conversions through optimized marketing strategies.Website Performance: Boost traffic, engagement, and conversions, driving customer growth.Product Launches: Execute successful product launches and campaigns to drive adoption.Market Positioning: Strengthen industry leadership through consistent, strategic marketing.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Improve collaboration across departments to enhance marketing impact.Skills, Knowledge and CompetenciesStrategic Marketing Leadership: Proven track record in creating and executing growth-focused marketing strategies.
