Head of Global Product Marketing
and you will join our Ultrasound Marketing team based in Issaquah, WA, contributing to the growth of our ultrasound solutions through understanding and addressing unmet customer needs. This is a hybrid position in our Issaquah, WA office. Your Role: Leading a team of Global product marketers across diagnostic ultrasound for general imaging, cardiovascular and ICE solutions including ultrasound systems and catheters. Developing the value propositions for the Global market to drive effective commercial strategies that increase the sales and unit growth of the Performance Portfolio for General Imaging and Cardiovascular Ultrasound solutions. Leading the development and implementation of Global marketing programs, channel, and pricing strategies to ensure the growth and expansion of the assigned portfolio. Overall product positioning strategies and product commercial lifecycle management for the Global markets. Serving as the key liaison with Regional Marketing leads, Sales Heads and Product Portfolio Management to provide the Global customer perspective and collaborate in development of product business cases to drive portfolio strategies and influence development strategies to meet the needs of the Global diagnostic ultrasound market. Management of developing, implementing, and executing global strategic marketing plans to increase Ultrasound sales and market share in each segment. Lead overall Global marketing plans and work with marketing, sales, development and creative staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services. Partner with Regional marketing to support business partners globally to maximize your portfolio’s reach in the market. Determine budgets and targets and develop pricing strategies for products and services. Developing and driving go-to-market plans that include but is not exclusive to defining product positioning, pricing, naming, promotional strategy and messaging of your respective portfolio in partnership with cross-functional marketing peers. Collaboration with all functions within the broader Siemens Healthineers Ultrasound Marketing and Sales team as well as with our R&D, Service, Product Management, Supply Chain Management departments and external business partners. Support and align with clinical marketing, development, Communications team for tradeshows, KOL management and sales activities as requested to support overall ultrasound business. Your Expertise: Candidate must be able to articulate the innovation and positioning of Siemens Healthineers products to the clinical, sales, business partners, and customer community while having a strong appreciation for the technical needs and challenges of diagnostics industry in the Ultrasound Market. Establish and maintain domain knowledge of the competitive landscape and detailed technical expertise in their respective Ultrasound Portfolio Segment. Ability to build, develop and lead best in class marketing teams with focus on customer and sales. Express customer centric behavior, with strong Business and Sales focus. Have extraordinary communication and presentation skills and the ability to connect with key opinion leaders worldwide. Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position: BS/BA in Marketing, Biomedical Engineering or Lifesciences master’s or equivalent educational background (MBA highly preferred). At least 7 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or clinical marketing. At least 7 years of experience in the healthcare or life science industry in a Global role Experience in developing and executing go-to-market plans. Experience in product launches. Proven cross functional team member Fluent in English; both verbally and in writing Ability to work independently. Great communicator and strong presentation skills Analytical problem solver Willing to travel 30% The pay range for this position is $180,000 - $210,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, as well as where the work will be performed. The annual incentive target is 25% of base pay.
