Chicago, IL , you will be part of the Great Lakes Region Sales Team. This person will execute the marketing strategy throughout the Great Lakes Region.This position reports to the
Field Marketing Manager .The Responsibilities:
Assist in building the brand at the management unit level by driving positioning locally.Create strong customer relationships with alliance partners and providing thought leadership on industry and activation.Collaborate with strategy and planning teams to execute annual and 3-year marketing plans.Execute and activate support plans against new brands, national packaging innovations, and local promotional packaging opportunities along with Field Marketing Manager.Work in-market regularly to evaluate the effectiveness of our plans and identify opportunities that make Molson Coors Beverage Company the first choice for our customers and consumers.The Other Qualifications:
You have a bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing or a related field OR equivalent (2+ years) experience.You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments.You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow.You exhibit our core values.Work Perks that You Need to Know About:
