Global Marketing Consultancy Lead.
The Global Marketing Consultancy Lead will serve as the primary liaison, partnering with Business Owners and Stakeholders across the organization to provide strategic, compliance, and operational counsel for all consultancy needs. This role ensures the delivery of effective and compliant consulting engagements that align with strategic and tactical business objectives. The Lead will build strong relationships with cross-functional partners and Business Owners, educating them on consultancy processes and ensuring adherence to global compliance requirements.
What You’ll Work On
Implement an enterprise-wide compliance program covering all marketing channels.
Compliance Management:
Ensure compliance with country-specific laws and company policies for interactions with HCPs, HCOs, and Patients globally. Maintain a central Compliance resource for the Marketing team, and manage the integration of Compliance guidance across major business priorities.
Strategic Needs Planning:
Participate in the planning process for consulting engagements, establishing schedules to ensure annual plans are created and approved to meet business needs. Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to understand strategies and tactics, and support with formulating and defining program scopes and objectives. Review and approve contract requests to ensure a legitimate business need exists for all consulting activities.
Needs Assessment:
Own and manage formal Compliance Needs Assessments process, including submission, review, approval, and supplemental processes covering Marketing consulting needs.
Consultant Payments:
Manage consultant payments efficiently and accurately.
Process Improvement:
Proactively seek ways to improve and streamline internal processes.
Provide training and guidance to marketing teams on compliance standards and requirements, best practices, and internal processes.
Partnership Development:
Foster long-term partnerships and act as the primary contact within the therapeutic area for all aspects of Global HCP/Customer Engagements to support Neuromodulation’s business goals.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Coordinate with Legal, Marketing, and other departments to obtain necessary approvals and feedback.
Cross-Functional Initiatives:
Engage in other ad hoc department initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 4 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners
Strong understanding of global compliance requirements and regulations
Proficiency in using project management and CRM software
Previous experience in a consultancy management role, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
