Job DescriptionSUMMARY
The
Marketing Coordinator
will support the Marketing and Communications Manager in developing and executing marketing strategies for Z Modular's multifamily property portfolio. This role involves coordinating various marketing activities, managing marketing audits, assisting in the creation of marketing campaigns, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of marketing plans.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Strategic Marketing Efforts:
Assist the Marketing and Communications Manager with executing strategic marketing plans.
Coordinate with internal and external marketing teams and agency partners.
Aid in developing and implementing marketing strategies for individual properties.
Performance Data and Reporting:
Evaluate marketing performance data bi-weekly.
Compile performance reports and align data with KPIs and market-specific targets.
Training and Best Practices:
Organize and facilitate training sessions for onsite teams.
Support the creation of training materials and best practice guidelines.
Marketing Audits:
Conduct monthly marketing audits for properties.
Ensure ILS listings, lead tracking, websites, concessions, and paid advertising are current and accurate.
Property Onboarding:
Prepare marketing-related tasks for property openings.
Launch websites, paid digital campaigns, social media accounts, and ILS advertising.
Marketing Campaigns:
Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns for resident referrals, events, and social media engagement.
Contribute to brainstorming and developing new marketing ideas to drive traffic to properties.
180-Day Marketing Plan and Short-Term Action Plans:
Assist in implementing 180-day marketing plans prior to property openings.
Develop and execute short-term action plans for properties at risk of not meeting occupancy or renewal targets.
Automation and Implementation:
Implement and manage marketing automation tools and platforms.
Create automated marketing workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing strategies.
Monitor and report on automated marketing campaign performance, adjusting as needed to optimize results.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Communications Manager.
Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and communications.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate or multifamily industry.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
PHYSICAL ABILITIES
Remain in a stationary position for most of the day and have the ability to lift up to 15lbs.
Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as a cell phone, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
Able to drive, fly, and travel to assets within the portfolio and to different sites/offices in other markets as needed.
Occasional movement inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc.
Promote and adhere to healthy and safe work practices as required by regulatory agencies and company policy.
Regular, full-time, and predictable onsite attendance is essential.
Management retains the right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
