Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Hagadone Marine Group plays a vital role in managing the

company's online presence, boosting engagement, and driving conversions. This role focuses on

maintaining an accurate and compelling representation of the company's brand and enhancing online

performance and story telling. Responsibilities include visual content creation, performance tracking,

website management, boat inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration across all

entities. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator ensures the brand is represented consistently and

attractively, contributing to Hagadone Marine Group's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

● Inventory Management: Ensure the boat inventory is accurately represented online across all

listing platforms, maintaining up-to-date information and availability.

● Performance Tracking: Monitor website analytics and track the effectiveness of online sales

and marketing initiatives, reporting on engagement and conversion rates.

● Website Performance Management: Oversee website functionality, content updates, and user

experience to optimize site engagement and support marketing initiatives.

● Visual Content Creation: Capture high-quality photographs and media of inventory, events,

and promotional content to highlight the brand's value and appeal.

● Content Management: Oversee the scheduling, uploading, and updating of content across

digital platforms to maximize customer engagement and brand visibility.

● Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing

campaigns, contributing ideas and supporting content needs for online engagement.

● Vendor & Supplier Relations: Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to enhance

marketing materials, manage listing quality, and maintain inventory needs.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer service, and operations

teams to ensure a cohesive representation of Hagadone Marine Group's offerings.

● Continuous Growth, Training & Improvement: Participate in ongoing training, staying current

on industry trends and digital marketing practices to continuously improve the role's

effectiveness.

Job Requirements

● Proficiency in Photography and Media Editing

● Experience with Inventory Management and Online Listing Platforms

● Social Media Savvy with a strong understanding of major social media channels and trends

● Digital Marketing Experience

● Exceptional Organization & Attention to Detail

● Strong Communication Skills with the ability to work collaboratively

● Adaptability to a dynamic work environment

● Relevant Industry Experience (marine, automotive, or recreational sales preferred)

● Team Player mindset with the initiative to identify solutions proactively

● Excellent Time Management and Customer Focus

● Bachelor's in Marketing or related field (preferred, not required)
