This organization is dedicated to digitizing the world’s real estate, empowering individuals to discover properties and insights that enhance their businesses and lives.About the RoleWe are seeking an Associate Photographer responsible for media collection. Equipped with top-of-the-line Pro 3 Matterport and digital camera equipment, you will create virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for residential properties. Each photographer will service a designated territory, capturing high-quality images and virtual experiences while collaborating closely with clients, sales associates, logistics, and management under the guidance of a remote Photography Manager.ResponsibilitiesCapture stunning 3D virtual tours and photographs to support marketing efforts.Develop a portfolio showcasing residential properties using effective photography techniques.Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to optimize client appointments.Communicate professionally with clients and team members to assess priorities and tasks.Explore your market territory to identify new inventory and commercial properties for photography.Adhere to safety standards for company vehicles and equipment.Represent the company professionally at all times.Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as required.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit in a car, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours per day.Must lift and carry equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.Repetitive hand and arm movements to operate camera equipment and type on devices.Occasional bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying necessary for job functions.Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons and weekends on a rotating schedule.QualificationsAt least 2 years of professional photography experience or a relevant degree in photography.Strong time management skills and attention to detail.Ability to accurately capture and enter data.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficient in Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.Quick learner of commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS concepts.Enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment; field experience is preferred.CompensationThis is an hourly position with bonus eligibility based on performance metrics.Equal Opportunity StatementAll qualified candidates eligible to work full-time in the United States are encouraged to apply.
