Job Description
JOB OBJECTIVE:
Support the Custom Solutions Commercial Development and Marketing teams through project-based work, with a focus on conducting systematic literature reviews and assisting with technical marketing content creation. This role plays a key part in advancing commercial objectives by delivering research and marketing materials.
CORE DUTIES:
1. Conduct systematic literature reviews to support commercial objectives, including defining research questions, developing protocols, searching, screening, and synthesizing data, and reporting findings.
2. Perform and utilize market, competitor, and scientific technical literature research to assist with copywriting, proofreading, and editing technical marketing content, such as whitepapers, infographics, and advertising copy, ensuring consistency and technical accuracy.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure that all marketing materials adhere to company guidelines.
4. Demonstrates inclusion through their own words and actions and is accountable for a safe workspace. Acts with kindness, curiosity and respect for others.
5. Embrace and incorporate Promega's 6 Emotional & Social Intelligence (ESI) core principles in daily activities.
6. Understands and complies with ethical, legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our business.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
2. Experience conducting systematic reviews of scientific literature.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Experience using AI tools for systematic reviews.
2. Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts through storytelling for diverse audiences.
3. Familiarity with scientific marketing content creation.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
1. Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while using a computer.
