The role of the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be to activate and optimize web campaigns by creating personalized experiences for targeted segments to drive higher engagement. These campaigns are aligned to Americas Marketing Go-To-Market plans that ultimately support the business objectives across Americas (US and Canada Institutional & Canada Intermediary) at a Fortune 500 investment firm. This role will also partner with the segment marketings on the Americas business unit, Global Digital Solutions (GDS) team, the Marketing Strategy, Planning, and Operations (MSPO) team, and other Global Distribution partners to ensure these campaigns and user pathways are built to scale across our marketing technology stack.PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES / SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONSRequired:Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 5+ years of total relevant work experience in website and page design and creation, content management, and user experience best practicesProficiency in SiteCore, and/or Drupal as a CMS and design systemBasic HTML and CSS experienceExperience working with ADA accessibility tools like AXE, Wave, Lighthouse, and even Dev tools along with knowledge of WAG 2.0Experience designing landing pages and micrositesPreferred:Experience with Adobe Experience Manager as a CMS platformAbility to ideate and think strategically about content management, personalization, and nurture paths to enhance client experiences across website using Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and content and experience fragmentContent strategy experience, including content auditing and analysis, information architecture, and SEO best practices and techniquesExperience in financial services, preferably asset management
