UX Designer

Job Summary:Our client is seeking a UX Designer who will investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets. This opportunity is located in Miami, FL!Duties:Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brandProduce high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypesDesign UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assetsTest UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pagesCollaborate with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital userProvide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behaviorAdhere to style standards on typography and graphic designGenerate multiple credible design solutions based on analysisDesired Skills/Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field of study3+ years of relevant work experienceKnowledge of high fidelity prototyping and testing experiencesExperience with user centric design overallExperience designing technical and/or business web applicationsExperience with FigmaExperience with Conversational Design or Natural Language for IVR, Chatbot and similarBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans401K offered
