Audio Visual Technician

4 Corner Resources is seeking a skilled AV Technician to support and enhance our conference room and event AV operations. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth setup and operation of audio-visual equipment, assisting with room configurations, and working collaboratively with VIPs and managers. Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation are essential in this highly visible role.

This opportunity is an ongoing contract position located in downtown Orlando, FL.

AV Technician Responsibilities:

• Assist users with conference room AV setups and configurations.
• Set up and arrange conference room equipment, tables, chairs, and other necessary meeting materials.
• Collaborate closely with VIPs, managers, and staff to ensure smooth meeting operations with a high level of communication and professional presentation.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment, including projectors, microphones, cameras, and video conferencing systems.
• Ensure all AV equipment is tested, functional, and ready for use prior to each meeting or event.
• Provide real-time technical support during presentations, video conferences, and other events.
• Assist users in connecting their devices, such as laptops and mobile devices, to the AV systems.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize meeting disruptions and ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.

AV Technician Qualifications:

• Proven experience in AV setup and technical support in a corporate, conference, or event setting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with AV equipment, including video conferencing systems.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills; ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff, including VIPs and management.
• Professional and presentable demeanor with a commitment to reliable support and a positive user experience.
• Ability to lift and move AV equipment and furniture as needed.

AV Technician Pay Rate:

• $17 hourly
