Job Summary

The Content Marketing Specialist at Femwell Group Health is responsible for developing content across various channels. Key duties include editing outsourced content, drafting email communications, and overseeing content calendars for blog and email campaigns. Collaborating with the Sr Content and Brand Manager, the specialist will assist in creating social media content and optimize it for search engines, using Google Analytics to analyze performance and identify repurposing opportunities. Working closely with the Content, Digital, and Channel Marketing teams, the specialist will support the implementation of strategies that enhance the TopLine MD Alliance brand experience at affiliated offices and ensure effective execution of communication plans.

  • Edit, proofread, and improve all outsourced content
  • Draft copy for all email communications for both members and patients with relevant content for each audience
  • Develop and manage content calendar for blog and email marketing campaigns and ensure deadlines are met
  • Act as primary liaison with agency to streamline the workflow for automated campaigns
  • Update and manage the internal communications calendar
  • Collaborate with Sr Content and Brand Manager to plan and develop content for social media
  • Analyze the performance of content with Google Analytics to make informed decisions for future content and identify opportunities to repurpose existing content across different channels
  • Collaborate with the digital team to optimize content for search engines, ensuring higher visibility and ranking for blog posts and other digital content.
  • Regularly perform content audits to assess the effectiveness of existing content, ensuring it stays relevant, updated, and aligned with current campaigns or strategies.
  • Support effective implementation of developed strategies and initiatives to improve client touch points and elevate the TopLine MD brand experience at member offices
  • Work closely with Content, Digital and the Channel Marketing teams to ensure communication strategy is executed according to plan and success metrics are achieved

  • Superb presence and exceptional written/email communication and public speaking skills
  • Detail-oriented, extremely well organized, able to juggle many tasks under pressure
  • Able to prioritize tasks quickly, solve problems, and involve additional resources as needed
  • Comfortable in team environment or independent atmosphere

Education, Experience, Skills, and Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in marketing or communication
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in marketing & communications
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, WordPress, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
