What You'll Do:

  • Lead the Charge: Take ownership of project deliverables, managing everything from creative briefs to proofing and quality assurance.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Collaborate with our Marketing Analytics team to optimize audience targeting and segmentation strategies.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver insightful reports on campaign performance, offering actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Test and Innovate: Propose and implement testing strategies to refine processes and drive efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure timely and budget-compliant program execution.
  • Event Management: Coordinate events, overseeing budgeting, vendor management, and staffing for conferences.
  • Inventory Oversight: Manage inventory for assigned programs, recommending timely reprints or recycling as necessary.
  • Email Marketing Support: Assist the email team in scheduling and testing campaigns within Adobe Campaign.
  • Research Initiatives: Drive research efforts, crafting online surveys to extract insights that enhance our marketing strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • An understanding of direct response marketing principles.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects with a positive and proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with print production processes and email marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
