The Team

  • At POIZON Global, our Seller Recruitment team is essential to the growth and development of our regions and company. The Global team leads Business Development, Account Management, Partnership Developments and all strategies relating to acquiring supply to broaden the expansion of the company. POIZON Global is at an exciting stage of expansion and this role plays a support function in the sell side marketing aspect.

Role Overview

  • We are looking for a creative, fresh-thinking, collaborative Seller Marketing Intern to join our Business Development team as we scale our social media efforts to attract new sellers . The ideal candidate should have experience building social media content across Instagram, Discord, and TikTok, be comfortable handling customer service inquiries, and be able to create/analyze reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit seller-focused social media content to grow the Poizon user base and increase sales. This includes writing marketing copy, editing images/videos, and managing posting schedules.
  • Be the voice of Poizon on social media, handling incoming seller inquiries
  • Conduct weekly and quarterly reviews of content strategies, analyzing relevant data, and reporting to cross-functional teams
  • Analyze internal selling data to help Poizon sellers find opportunities to increase sales on the platform

Requirements

  • Experience in content creation on Instagram, Discord, and TikTok - including graphic design, video editing, and copywriting
  • Familiarity with sneaker and streetwear trends + culture
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze data, create reporting summaries, and identify trends
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Excel, and Social Media Platforms (Instagram, Discord, and TikTok)
  • Customer service experience
  • Community management/coordinator experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Time: 20 hours per week
  • Hourly Pay: $20
  • Education: Current college student looking for part-time work
  • Languages: English required, Spanish and/or Chinese a plus
