MUST HAVES:

  • Bachelor's Degree in data analytics, statistics or a related field
  • 3 or more years of digital marketing analytics experience
  • Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) (PowerBI language)
  • Proficiency in PowerBI/Looker Studio/Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation
  • Strong SQL skills, for data querying, manipulation, and extraction
  • Experience with Server-Side Tag Management
  • Proficiency in BigQuery for data storage, management, and analysis
  • Experience in Customer Data Modeling and Integration support for Salesforce Marketing Cloud - major part of the future for them

PLUSSES:

  • Experience with Looker Studio and audience development
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms and leveraging first-party data for improving ad performance
  • Experience developing pipelines and integrations to ingest, automate and export data
  • Experience with healthcare data standards and regulations, including HIPAA and HL7,

As a Marketing Data Analyst specializing in digital marketing, you’ll play a crucial role within our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility involves analyzing and interpreting digital marketing data to inform strategic decision-making and enhance marketing outcomes. Leveraging your expertise in data analytics and digital marketing systems, you’ll extract actionable insights from complex datasets. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in PowerBI, SQL, and BigQuery, with experience in audience development and integration support for platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Looker (Enterprise), and PowerBI.
