This executive role is integral to enhancing our brand positioning, driving guest engagement, and spearheading impactful marketing campaigns across North America. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, set short- and long-term goals, and ensure impactful positioning within the North American market.
- Resource Allocation
- Oversee and prioritize marketing projects, directing resources effectively to meet key objectives.
- Market Analysis
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborative Campaigns
- Work closely with the direct marketing team, sales teams, and global shared services to build partnerships and execute initiatives that drive leads and strengthen brand engagement.
- Campaign Alignment
- Ensure that all marketing efforts align with the broader brand strategy and communicate a consistent, compelling message across channels.
Qualifications:
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
- Experience
- 15+ years of experience in marketing or advertising, with at least 5 years in a VP role or higher.
- Skills
- Proven ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies and manage a substantial marketing budget.
- Deep understanding of marketing to affluent markets and familiarity with high-impact brand strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a strong focus on strategic brand-building.
