A Hybrid working model
Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. What does a Content Manager do at Hogarth?
We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working individual to join our team as a Content Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of digital content management innovation, working within the WW Channel Strategy and Operations team while also reassembling content for one of our client's sales apps.
As part of this role, you will source and reassemble customer-facing content and simultaneously play a critical role in establishing and an efficient production flow. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about content management, enjoys problem-solving at scale, and is eager to make a significant impact on our digital operations.

At Hogarth California, the base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $50 to $66/hr. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. - Contribute to sourcing, reassembling, and publishing of merchandising assets, product pages, and marketing materials across various languages and customer segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline content management processes, reduce redundancy, and boost overall operational efficiency.
- Integrate enhanced processes and automated workflows to optimize content delivery, tagging, and metadata management.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of content management systems and experience with digital asset management tools.
- High proficiency with excel, numbers, or any large dataset management tools.
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that streamline operations and improve productivity.
- Experience working cross-functionally and globally, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-starter who is comfortable with the fast pace of technical change, can manage ambiguity, and exhibits a high degree of ownership.
