CS Group is looking for a motivated Digital Media Coordinator to join our growing team.
This position is a full time, in-office role based out of our *Hazelwood, MO Headquarters.

Manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, efficient
Manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, efficient, and above all else, positive
Ideate and storyboard, capture and edit photography and videography to be distributed across several different mediums. Example Projects:
In-house product photoshoots for MADRINAS brands
Cool Attitudes Craft Mixers prestigious account highlight videos at bars, restaurants, resorts, casinos, etc.
Create media to be displayed at tradeshows nationwide
Create company event highlights, training materials, and media for corporate site
Work and manage a variety of vendors to assist in the development of media including but not limited to, photographers, videographers, models, animators, and editors
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, ensuring budget compliance and return on investment are in-line with KPIs
Analyze campaign data to assess performance and identify optimization and efficiency opportunities
Relay campaigns objectives and brand voice to Creative Team for advertising asset development
Maintain deep understanding of Media Library
Assist in management of social media platforms including trend & relevancy research, optimizing content per platform, proofreading content and scheduling of posts
Provide general administrative duties and special projects as needed
Programs You'll Use Daily:
Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, & Lightroom)
Basecamp (Project Management Software)
Meta/Google Ads Manager
Dropbox (File Management Software)
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
Discord
Zoom
Job Requirements
Strong storytelling and creative problem-solving abilities
Experience in end-to-end photo/video project management (planning, storyboarding, scripting, on-site production, talent coordination, content delivery and asset organization)
Experience in capturing and photo and video content using both cell phone and DSLR camera
Paid advertising campaign experience
Hunger to learn and advance your media and ad buying skills
Active interest in the social media landscape
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Associate/Bachelor's degree in Communications/Marketing or other related field
Ability to travel when necessary
Lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds
What Would Be A Plus
Strong interest and knowledge of social media
Interest in the coffee and cocktail industry
Passion for photography
