We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with a passion for the outdoors and a keen eye for design aesthetics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and on-brand graphics for our apparel products.The Job DescriptionThe Graphic and Production Designer will support the Sales Departments with creative graphic design requests. Additionally, they will assist the Procurement Department with creating production artwork and order files.Responsibilities:Creative Projects:Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for apparel, including but not limited to shirts, fleece jackets, and accessories.Own the creative process to ensure the final product aligns with the creative direction and meets commercial objectives.Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute design concepts that align with brand guidelines and target markets.Design graphic art for different garment decorations: sublimation, screen printing, applique, embroidery, and other embellishment methods.Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis to ensure designs are innovative and competitive in the market.Production file creation and management:Create tech packs for international vendors for a variety of products (shirts, fleece, headwear, and socks).Work with production files to ensure designs are print-ready and meet quality standards for manufacturing processes.Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.Company CultureEstablish positive, and effective culture between multiple divisions who rely on procurement (design, operations, sales, finance)Participate in weekly meetings and regular training within the companyPositive energy and attitude working with othersSupport company objective of rapid revenue growthThe Job's Qualifications & RequirementsRequiredExceptional skills with Adobe Software (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign)Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work1-2 years of product design experience required.

An ideal candidate will have designed graphics for apparel as well as production files and print-ready files.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.Exceptional attention to detail and organization, including color accuracy, typography, and overall design quality and consistency.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.Denver, CO area based- we are currently not considering remote candidates.Strongly PreferredExperience with custom logo apparel and printsExperience with knit products: hats, socks, and accessoriesExperience working with a small company.Experience in product photography and photo editing.DetailsTitle:
